This policy covers the Nightwave game, developed and published by FTVGames (Free The Vibe). Our websites and forums are covered by the Free The Vibe Privacy Policy.

The short version

Nightwave does not collect, sell or share your personal information. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking in the game.

Data stored on your device

Your save games, settings, key bindings and achievements are stored locally on your computer. We cannot see them. Uninstalling the game and deleting its data folder removes them.

Steam

When you buy and play through Steam, Valve processes your account, purchase and playtime data under the Steam Privacy Policy. If the game uses Steam features (such as achievements or cloud saves), that data is handled by Valve. We may receive aggregated, non-identifying sales and usage reports from Valve.

Online play

If you use online multiplayer, the game connects your computer to the host's game session to exchange gameplay data (positions, actions, chat and your in-game name). Other players in the session can see your in-game name. We do not store this data.

Contacting us

If you email us for support, we use your email and what you send only to help you. Ask us to delete it any time.

Children

Nightwave does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
